Focus on effective planning
The focus is on strategic planning over a longer period of time than in Levels 1 and 2, and more practice in forecasting and improving results.
This workshop includes facilitator-led simulation, team competition simulation, ratio analysis, and analysis of your company's actual financial position. It involves constant decision-making on such issues as pricing, capacity, borrowing, R&D, cost structure, and cash flow.
The structure of the Income/Outcome® simulation board supports a visual understanding of the use, importance, and inter-relationship of key financial ratios. The Income/Outcome Triangle for Ratio Analysis will be of permanent value to all managers.
Learning begins with the Income/Outcome game board and the modeling of simple financial statements for use in tracking the position and performance of a company.
Learners gain practical experience in the use of a range of financial planning and analysis tools including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and ratio analysis.
